CPP is a private Sri Lankan policy institute engaged in the development of policy options in democratic good governance and national reconciliation. CPP believes in dialogue as the process of developing policy combined with a research component. Through such processes CPP seeks to render professional advice to policy makers in government, political parties, international organizations, INGOs, civil society and other stakeholders regarding issues of public policy. CPP’s authorization with the Government of Sri Lanka is through a formal Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Ministry of Constitutional Affairs and National Integration.
